Photo Friday!

Hello ACS Student Chapters!

As the year kicks off, we assume you’re out planning great events and having fun with your chapters.  And we want to celebrate that and share your ideas with the other chapters out there.  So, every Friday until the end of the academic year, we’ll be sharing the great events and ideas you tell us about here on the blog!  Simply email us pictures of the things you’re up to, and we’ll share them and let other chapters know about the innovative ideas in which they can take part!  So, email your pictures to us and we’ll post them!  Just one thing: if you’re doing a demo, make sure you’re wearing safety goggles.  Otherwise, we can’t post the picture 😦

Xavier University of Louisiana participates in “Science Saturday,” for K-12 students. Here, the students are making some Atomic Slime.

Xavier University of Louisiana also spends time with their chapter giving back to their local community at a food drive.
